Intralot Australia's wholly owned subsidiary, Intralot Gaming Services Pty Ltd (IGS), is Victoria's single electronic gaming machine (EGM) Monitoring Licensee awarded by the Minister for Gaming. The 15-year licence commenced August 2012. IGS provides the electronic monitoring system for all hotel and club gaming machines in Victoria. Under the EGM Monitoring Licence, IGS also provides data and information on gaming machines for regulatory, taxation and research purposes.

Intralot Australia is also providing – under a separate contract – to the Lotteries Commission of Western Australia, technology services & products for the operation of the lottery games.

Joval owns numerous vineyards and is a producer of premium wine brands and Plumm glassware. Also under the Joval umbrella are Valcorp Fine Foods (producers of La Zuppa Soup and La Gina Tomatoes) and BAM Wine Logistics a national warehousing and storage business.
